Placing an order with us is very straight forward. Once you have found the product(s) you are looking for, simply click on "Add to shopping basket". Should you require more than one item click on the plus or minus symbol and the number required will change accordingly.
In the top right hand corner the "Shopping basket" will display the items you have selected and the quantity as well as the delivery/carriage charge. Once you have finished shopping for the items you wish to purchase, click on "Check out".
On the Check out page you can review the items you wish to purchase and remove or change quantities should you wish too. By following the instructions, you can swiftly complete all the required fields and confirm your order.
Then you can proceed to the RBS Worldpay portal. Once your payment details have been verified, you will receive an email confirming your order. Should you wish to register with PilotCraft Limited, your details will be held securely and the next time you wish to place an order with us, you can log in and your details will already be in place.
