We use Parcel Force Worldwide to deliver your purchases to you. All consignments can be track and are insured and on each delivery a signature is required.
We endeavour to dispatch your purchase(s) on the same day that they are order (if done so before 2pm); however this may not always be possible. Though if you required your purchase(s) to be with you next day we can provide this service through Parcel Force at an extra cost.

About Same day dispatch and Shipping.
We endeavour to hold in stock as main products as possible and the majority of items listed are in-stock at all times. Should an item be temporarily sold out, our policy is to advise you of the expected delivery date. If the delivery time is not acceptable to you we will offer a full refund. We do our best to dispatch your purchase(s) on the same day that they are order (if done so before 2pm); however this may not always be possible. About Ordering.
To order an item specify the quantity required and select any options (if available) and click on the grey button on the appropriate detail page. The item you require will then be placed in a virtual shopping basket. You may continue to browse the site or check out and purchase your selected item(s) immediately. To complete your purchase go to the Checkout (there are numerous links to get you there from most pages) and follow the onscreen instructions. Our site is fully secure using Natwest/RBS Streamline system to process your payment. The security for the payment process is handled by streamline and uses the latest secure server technology.
About Returns.
All sales are subject to our Standard Terms and Conditions - available on request. No goods will be accepted for return without our prior, written permission. Any errors should be reported within five days after receipt of goods. Report any loss or damage promptly to both the transportation company and to us. Title to the goods shall pass to the buyer upon receipt of payment in full.
PLEASE NOTE:
Some of the items we sell require additional packaging - such as the larger resin kits, to ensure they arrive in good condition. This unfortunately results in additional shipping and packaging costs. UK customers will be charged a supplementary fee of £5 inc. vat and overseas customers will be charged a supplementary fee of £10 (inc. Vat) where applicable.
